Objectives: The experiments were scientific basis of previous to track cycling athletesand support staff college for the study to verify the operation of massage combines arelaxing bedtime good influence on the quality of sleep; and logistical staff colleges usemassage after the massage, observe its potential relationship between blood pressureand heart rate; and trying to combine a relaxing bedtime massage parade of athletessuffering from sleep disorders as well as the application of general subjects discussed.Application of athletes and ordinary people and provide a foundation for research orsports massage therapy to lower blood pressure. Methods and Subjects: Cycling athlete group in Shanghai on behalf of the teammembers (n=18) and Jilin Cycling team members (n=2); common set of logistics staffShanghai Sports Institute (n=30). Normal subjects can participate in the experiment, both the experimental and informed consent. Athletes divided into experimental groupand control group by sleep quality score, logistics staff were randomly divided intoexperimental and control groups. Athletes group experimental group relaxation exercisesbefore bedtime massage combined intervention group did not perform any experimentsrelated interventions; ordinary group experimental group relaxation exercises beforebedtime massage combined intervention group only massage intervention. Scored byquestionnaire of the international general sleep quality, blood pressure and heart ratemeasurements for each ordinary group before the experiment. All data is unified bySPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.Results:1. Three months after the massage before bedtime massage and insist on doingaerobics intervention, the experimental group athletes have been greatly improved sleepefficiency (P <0.01, there was a significant difference), sleep disorders get a betterimprovement, while daytime dysfunction scores also reduced, thus significantly reducingthe PSQI total score (P <0.01), self-assessment scores improve sleep tables.2. Continuing three months after the intervention, track cycling athletes experimentalgroup compared with the control group, the indicators were not significantly different, which also demonstrate the effectiveness of interventions designed for my program.3. For ordinary subjects (support staff) only10massage after the operation, with asignificant difference (P experimental group in sleep efficiency, sleep disturbances, daytime dysfunction, PSQI scores, self-assessment form aspects of sleep <0.01), ie,effectively easing the symptoms of sleep disorders in the relatively poor quality of sleepin the control group subjects, which means that I have chosen the way the operation isan effective means to improve the sleep disorder and the relatively short duration ofaction.4. The experimental group and control group all subjects were carried out10timesafter the intervention, the experimental group compared with the control group had sleepdisorders in this indicator score significant changes (P <0.05), in terms of PSQI scorewith very significant decrease (P <0.01).5. After the ordinary subjects and experimental intervention significantly reduced blood pressure has stabilized, the intervention did not significantly effect on heart rate law.Conclusions:1. Suffering from sleep disorders to improve the high level of track cycling athletes andsupport staff colleges sleep quality, relaxation exercises before bedtime massage is acombination of a shorter cycle and more effective rehabilitation methods.2. Massage combined with relaxation exercises before going to bed is safe andeffective for a short period and can significantly reduce rehabilitation methods suffer fromsleep disorders logistics college staff in blood pressure.
