Objective: Through observing the changes of damp evil on the immune index ofpeople with HIV in the natural course, To reveal damp evil of people with HIV in thenatural course of low immune function, And discuss the relationship between CD4+T lymphocyte, HIVVL, immune index and disease of traditional Chinese medicinenature of disease syndrome element of damp evil relationship and possiblecorrelation.Methods:This topic based on the previous clinical and experimental research work，In40patients randomly into the group of the signs and symptoms of people with HIV,combining the theory of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicineapply the dialectical analysis method, analysis of the integral level distribution of wet,and detect the immune indexes of CD4+T cells, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8level condition andHIVVL level.Establish a database and analyzed by using SPSS17.0software CD4+Tlymphocyte count, HIVVL, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8in the differences of different groups andpossible correlation of integral of damp evil nature of disease syndrome elementResults:1.Randomly into groups of people with HIV in nearly half of all the subjectsintegral Of damp evil nature of disease syndrome element belong to level3, but15%subjects level0,15%subjects belong to grade1,20%subjects belong to level2;Andthe patient diet in partial addicted to more heat (partial) and mixed partial eosinophilic(sweet more).2. All the measurements in ntegral of damp evil nature of disease syndromeelement distribution between groups: CD4+T lymphocyte, IL-2the integral of dampevil nature of disease syndrome element between group had no significant difference(P＞0.05), no statistical significance, but with the increase of the origin diseasesyndrome factor integral sex, CD4+T lymphocyte, IL-2a small decline.HIVVL, IL-6,IL-8at level0and3integral of damp evil nature of disease syndrome element significant difference between groups (P＜0.05), there is statistical significance;AndHIVVL with the increase of the integral of damp evil nature of disease syndromeelement, viral load was significantly increased trend.IL-6, IL-8at level1and level3the integral of damp evil nature of disease syndrome element significant differencebetween groups (P＜0.05), there is statistical significance;IL-8at level2and level3integral of damp evil nature of disease syndrome element significant differencebetween groups (P＜0.05), with statistical significance.The indexes and the integralof damp evil nature of disease syndrome element correlation results show:HIVVL,IL-6, IL-8are positively correlated of the integral of damp evil nature of diseasesyndrome element;But CD4+T lymphocyte, IL-2and the damp evil nature of diseasesyndrome element integral were not significant correlation.3. The indexes and the integral of damp evil nature of disease syndrome elementcorrelation at all levels results show:Difference in the level of the damp evil, theindicators and the integral of damp evil nature of disease syndrome elementcorrelation of each different.Conclusion:1. This study results show that in the natural course of the disease in people withHIV infection origin, for clinical traditional Chinese medicine etiology andpathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment.Eating five partial addicted forpeople with HIV daily habits should eat less sweet greasy, spicy taste, avoid aid wet.2. This study showed that CD4+T lymphocyte, HIVVL, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8closelyassociated with people with HIV condition change, also can understand as a state ofimmune activation in vivo, and can be regarded as one of the important indexes of itstherapeutic effect and prognosis judgement.3. This study suggests CD4+T lymphocyte, HIVVL, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8is close totthe integral of damp evil nature of disease syndrome element, its each index levelchanges from the damp evil to a certain extent, the influence of the degree of infectionis the damp evil of the change of various index level has a certain predictability, buteach index and the integral of damp evil nature of disease syndrome element betweenintegral cannot fully reflect each other.4. This study also suggests CD4+T lymphocyte, HIVVL, IL-2, IL-6、IL-8are acertain correlation among the indexes, the correlation between the progress of peopleliving with HIV disease progression or determine the efficacy of drugs have a certain value, can be used as a reference indicator, but the mechanism is unclear, needsfurther research.
