Arrhythmia means the abnormality of the heart impulse, rhythm, origin place,conduction velocity or excited order. As a common clinical cardiovascular diseases orcomplication, clinical symptoms are preformed in different ways. The lethalarrhythmia is a major cause of sudden death, which seriously damages the patient’shealth. The main treatment of arrhythmia still is drug treatment, but the medicationused to treat arrhythmia can also cause irregular heart rhythm. Researches of themedication, which can intervene multiple targets and restore normal physiologicalfunction of the ion, will be future direction of the drug investigation. Cassia twig andmain licorice decoction was documented in ‘Shang Han Lun’, which is a basicformula to treat palpitation. Cassia twig and main licorice decoction is helpful foranti-arrhythmic, but its anti-arrhythmic mechanism is unclear. This experiment usedmodern separation method to extract the effective part of compound. On a macro scale,it reflects the fingerprint method of material group in Chinese traditional medicine,and clarifies the formula compatibility of cassia twig and main licorice, componentsand the change of traditional Chinese medicines with serum. After we identify theeffective components of Cassia twig and main licorice decoction, it will be theprerequisites for further electrophysiological mechanism researches.Objective: Quality control for the single medicinal materials of cassia twig and mainlicorice. Evaluatethe material group composition and change of traditional Chinese medicines withserum.Methods: Using HPLC to establish a method of high sensitivity, good stability andaccuracy of guizhi soup licorice extract ingredients categories were studied.By LC-MS clear cassia twig water extraction liquid, main licorice water extraction liquid,guizhi soup licorice extract the main composition of drugs and change.Of serumcollected by LC-MS clear the main ingredients, compared with the corresponding groups of drugs in vitro fingerprint comparative analysis, identify ownership comesfrom various ingredients composition peak, confirm the prototype components andmetabolites, tracking the effects of the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicineand formula composition.Results:1, this study established the cassia twig, main fingerprint, liquorice, cassiatwig licorice soup by comparison with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)fingerprint similarity evaluation system shows that there are four common peak of10batches of cassia twig, main licorice has16common peak, cassia twig with25common peak in liquorice decoction, a total of10batches of herbs through contentdetermination component content difference is bigger.2,By using the method of cassiatwig fingerprint chromatography of cassia twig to evaluate the stability of waterextraction liquid, found the main cinnamic acid in cassia twig peak area of RSD21.51%within10h,6h peak area in the RSD was2.77%.3,the method of using cassiatwig licorice soup fingerprint chromatography conditions on the stability of guizhisoup licorice ingredient incassia twig cinnamic aldehyde easy oxidation in air, and stability is poorer, cassiatwig liquorice decoction applied when the storage time could affect efficacy.3, cassiatwig and grilled liquorice decoction, cassia twig decoction is obviously better than thestability of cinnamic aldehyde.4, cassia twig obtained by liquid mass spectrometry,acupuncture is the main chemical composition
