Clinical Observation And Analysis To The Influence Of GTW To Reproductive Ability Of Children As An Adult

Objective:To investigate the Clinical observation and analysis to the influence of GTW to eproductive ability of children as an adult to study the side effects of tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablets more provide clinical evidence.Methods:Choose those who have been married and used GTW to cuied HSPN during childhood in the Henan college of traditional Chinese medicine between January2000and January2009, To observe the reproductive ability. Compare to the same conditions that did not used GTW and the normal person.Results:(1) Through the follow-up,38patients were used in40cases of children after the GTW (95.0%), the unused GTW treatment of random HSPN control group40cases of37cases (92.50%) children;(2)18cases of female patients, there were4cases of early youth drug use, after puberty menstruation all normal,14cases in adolescent medicine, including3cases appeared in drug use during menstruation abnormalities, medicine and the amount and duration, which returned to normal within3months after drug withdrawal,(3)2cases of patients who were not fertility for men, includingl cases of low sperm and semen liquefaction, did not see the rest of the cases of unusual.Conclusions:Used GTW to cuied HSPN during childhood has no influence on eproductive ability of children as an adult.
