Objective: This study takes the borneol and its preparation allergy powdered as the researchobjects,using near infrared spectroscopy technology, to set up qualitative and quantitativemodels for identifying the authenticity of borneol rapidly and non-destructively,predictingthe contents of Camphol that it is the main component of Borneol.Method: Collecting a total of57samples of borneol,According to the standard method ofthe "Chinese pharmacopoeia"2010version, detecting the borneol samples on moisture,identify1(Id1), identify2(Id2), pH and melting point. Using NIR to detect the samples onmoisture, identify1and identify2,comparing with the standard method to set up theconformity test model respectively. According to the method of the "Chinesepharmacopoeia"2010version to determine the content of camphol in the borneol, then usingnear infrared spectrum technology scanning the sample, combined with chemometricsmethod, the quantitative analysis model is established. And then through the verification todetermine the accuracy of the model. Taking our hospital borneol preparation-allergyPowdered as the research object, through the near infrared spectrum technology to establishthe quantitative model for detecting the content of camphol in the allergy Powdered, andthen validated. Results: Using NIR conformity test method to establish the model, CI is7,the conformitytest model of moisture optimum pretreatment method is the first derivative (FD), and theoptimum modeling band is9018~6935cm-1and6387~5388cm-1, wrongly number is0;Thebest pretreatment method of Id1conformity test model is the second derivative (SD) andvector normalization (SNV), the optimum modeling band is9002~7498cm-1,6900~5596cm-1and5596~5002cm-1, wrongly number is0; The optimum pretreatment method of Id2conformity test model is the second derivative (SD) and vector normalization (SNV),theoptimum modeling band is9002~7498cm-1,6900~5596cm-1and5596~5002cm-1, wronglynumber is0; PH optimum pretreatment method for conformity test model is first derivative(FD), and the best modeling band is8886~4000cm-1, The number of wrong judgment is2.Inquantitative analysis, The internal cross-validation correlation coefficient R2of thequantitative model of camphol in borneol is0.9481and the average relative deviation is2.18%; Validation set for validating, the average relative deviation is2.83%.The internalcross-validation correlation coefficient R2of the quantitative model of camphol in allergypowdered is0.9417and the average relative deviation is6.74%; Validation set for validating,the average relative deviation is5.24%. Results show that the model is successful, and canpredict the content of major ingredient camphol more accurately.Conclusion: This experiment takes the borneol and its preparation allergy powdered as theresearch objects,using near infrared spectroscopy technology combined with chemometricsmethod, qualitative and quantitative analysis method for the rapid prototyping was built.Through the study, the near infrared spectroscopy technology without complex pretreatmentof samples,analysis fastly,accurately,and has the significant advantages that the traditional analysis method not,it is suitable for Chinese traditional medicine quick identification andquantitative detection,thus it can be seen,the near infrared spectral analysis technology hasthe very good development prospect in traditional Chinese medicine quality control in theprocess of modernization.
