Objective:By The clinical observation of TCM "preventive treatment of disease"Intervention treatment on type of Deficiency of Lung Qi at Stability of lungdistension and TCM syndrome characteristics of Stability of lung distension in stablestage to prove effectiveness for treatment of Jade-screen et Cinnamon twigDecoction on lung inflation stable period of the intervention, reduce the recurrenceof acute and serious times and the times of hospitalization, prolong patientlife,reduce the economic burden on individuals and society.Scheme:By using Stability of lung distension stable Seretide for clinical test positivecontrol. According to the inclusion criteria, selected the Yunnan Province Chinesemedicine hospital out-patient and hospitalization in patients with heart and lung in70cases,36cases in the treatment group,34cases in the control group. Thetreatment group was given Jade-screen et Cinnamon twig Decoction+SeretideJade-screen et Cinnamon twig Decoction (Radix Astragali30g, Rhizoma AtractylodisMacrocephalae15g, Cassia twig15g, Cinnamon twig20g, Peony root15g, tangerinepeel10g, Poria15g, pinellia15g, ephedra10g, Asarum6g, almond10g, Platycodongrandiflorum10g, Acorus10g,licorice10g, ginger10g, jujube10g) clothes,3timesevery day,200ml, taken one hour after a meal; Seretide by inhalation, a day2suck,suck gargle with water. The control group was given Seretide inhalation, oral, oneday2suck, suck gargle with water. The two groups are in2months for a course oftreatment. The total curative effect before and after treatment, two groups of patientswith recurrence times and times of hospitalization, clinical symptoms and signs (including cough, sputum, wheezing, shortness of breath, colds and other symptoms),compare the pulmonary function tests and other indicators, referring to the“traditional Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research principle”relatedcontent to score as the main basis, then statistical analysis was performed to evaluatethe efficacy.Results:Plan in60cases, the actual investigation of73cases,37cases in thetreatment group,36cases in the control group.
