ObjectiveTo evaluate the influence of Medicated Ironing with Fructus Evodiae on dysfunction of Gut-Liver Axis by the prospective randomized controlled study.MethodsThe study is a randomized controlled clinical trial, dividing30cases of Liver cancer patients of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital surgical department between the February2011and May2014who had been implemented hepatectomy into the treatment group and the blank control group. The patients in the treatment group will be treated by Medicated Ironing with Fructus Evodiae, nevertheless the blank control group will be only treated by conventional treatment, such as liver protection and fluid infusion treatment. The therapeutic course:beginning from the frist day after surgery,1week is a therapeutic course. Observing some indexes as the date, like the recovery time of stomach intestines function and ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL, PT, ALB.The test data was managed by the statistics software of SPSS20.0and Excel2013.Result1.15cases of the treatment group were involved into the result analysis, no one case was lost.14days is the observation time.15cases of the blank control group were involved into the result analysis, no one case was lost.14days is the observation time. Observing the abdominal pain, the recovery time of borborygmus, the average time of anus exhaust and some other indexes as the research data. The results show that the treatment group is earlier then the blank control group in the aspects of the disappearing time of the abdominal pain, the recovery time of borborygmus and the average time of anus exhaust. The difference between the two groups is significant (P<0.01).2. In the aspect of objective factor (the laboratory inspection), observing the indexes of liver function(the important factors are ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL, PT) and the level of the endotoxin as the date. The results show that the treatment group is earlier then the blank control group in the recovery time of liver function and the level of the endotoxin. The difference between the two groups is significant (P<0.05)ConclusionThe Medicated Ironing with Fructus Evodiae after the hepatectomy for liver cancer can promote the recovery of dysfunction of Gut-Liver Axis.
