The Related Study About Pulmonary Function Changes Of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome Patients

Objective:Based on fundamental state investigation in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, pulmonary function testing, analyze the polysomnography of OSAHS patients, then compared OSAHS’ pulmonary function data with the normal crowd pulmonary function data, analyze the influence factors of OSAHS’pulmonary function damaged condition.Methods:Observation group:The19OSAHS patients of Yanbian University Hospital department of otorhinolaryngology in December2012-June2013. Control group:19healthy adults accouplement with height, weight, age and gender. Research contents: The fundamental state, medical history, the polysomnography and pulmonary function data. The fundamental state, pulmonary function data of control group comparing with normal pulmonary function test results, then compared OSAHS’ pulmonary function with the normal crowd pulmonary function, analyze the influence factors of OSAHS’ pulmonary function damaged condition.Results:①Compared observation group’s pulmonary function data with controls’,observation group’s ERV is lesser than controls’, observation group’s IC, MEF, FEVi/FVC, RVsb, RV/TLC were greater than controls’(Differences are statistically significant, P<0.05). The VC, FVC, FEV1, PEF, MEF25, MEFso, MEF75, PIF, Tlco, TLC, FRCsb, Kco differences between observation group and Control group have no statistical significance (P>0.05)②There are68.4%patients with OSAHS have sawtooth wave in Velocity-Ring capacity curve.③Through multiple factor correlation analysis, IC and NREM3+4is positive correlation, ERV and average SaO2is positive correlation, MEF and Pharyngeal cavity collapse is negative correlation, MEF and average SaO2is positive correlation, FEVi/FVC and Pharyngeal cavity collapse is negative correlation, RV/TLC and RBC(×1012/1) is negative correlation, RV/TLC and the total time for sleep apnea、Sleep apnea of time scale、AI、AHI are positive correlation.Conelusion:①.There’s sort of pulmonary function damaged condition in patients with OSAHS.②.Tthere were airway structure changes or airway function obstacle with OSAHS patients.③.OSAHS patients with pulmonary function damaged condition: AI, AHI are positive correlation.
