The Experimental Exploration Of HeChan Tablets Inducing Myeloma Cells Differentiation And Clinical Research Of HeChan Tablets Combined With Chemotherapy In Treatment Of Multiple Myeloma

ObjectMultiple myeloma (MM) is a common clinical onset plasma cells hyperplastic malignant tumor. With the growing population aging process, its incidence is rising, a serious threat to people’s physical health. Although the emergence of new targeted drugs to a certain extent, improve the efficient and complete response rate of MM, but it is still an incurable disease. Induction differentiation therapy in recent years has been in the treatment of acute early young granulocyte leukemia with great success, in our previous study HeChan tablets has certain curative effect on MM, so we design the research plan to investigate whether HeChan tablets has the effect of inducing myeloma cell differentiation, and HeChan tablets combined with MDT will get better than that of pure chemotherapy clinical curative effect, in order to looking for new ways for the treatment of MM.Methods1. The studyWith different concentrations of HeChan tablets of drug-containing serum and dithiothreitol (DTT) on myeloma cell, we observe the effect on myeloma cells differentiation by the cell morphology, ELISA to detect light chain protein concentration, and flow cytometry instrument detection the expression of cell differentiation antigen CD49e.2. Clinical researchWe collect24cases hospitalized in our department of MM patients, and then randomly divide them into control group and treatment group. Control group adopts the chemotherapy regimens of MPT, but the treatment group on the basis of the control group uses HeChan tablets. After four courses of treatment, we compare the effective rate of two groups and changes of the observation targets.Results1. HeChan tablets of medicated serum similar to the DTT can promote myeloma cell mature on the morphology, increase the expression level of cell surface CD49e, and improve the level of its light chain protein secretion, prompting both have similar role on promoting myeloma cells differentiation and maturation.2. Within a certain range, the differentiation of strength increases with the increase of HeChan tablets of dose.3. The recent effectiveness of the HeChan tablets combined chemotherapy in the treatment of MM can reach83.3%, but no significant difference compared with control group.4. HeChan tablets can significantly reduce MM patients’level of M protein, tumor cells, and β2-MG and improve the level of HGB. The effect is better than the control group.5. HeChan tablets combined chemotherapy has good safety and no obvious side effects.ConclusionHeChan tablets have the effect of the induction of myeloma cell differentiation, and can be applied to clinical safely and effectively.
