Objective:Through analysis of ErbB2gene polymorphism and HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma in Yanbian area. Methods:used to analyze the genotypes of66hepatocellular carcinoma patient s and150Patients with HBV infection and278healthy individuals by the did eoxy chain-termination method. And sequence analysis of ErbB2exon rs1058808.Results:l.The proportion of three type of C/C,G/G,C/G in ErbB2exon rsl058808were15.2%,37.9%,46.9%in HCC group and14.7%,22.7%,62.7%in HBV infection group and25.5%,16.0%,58.5%in control group, respectively, and total of constituent ratio was significant difference between two groups(X2=18.823,P=0.001,P<0.01).in which the ratio of G/G was significantly higher in HCC group than in control group and the other2types(X2=13.99,p<0.01).2.The proportion of three type of C/C,G/G;C/G in ErbB2exon rs1058808were17.8%,39.2%,50.0%in HCC group of Korean-Chinese,60.8%,11.4%,27.8%in HCC group of Han nationality.no statistical significance between the two nations(X2=0.010, P=0.995, P>0.05);16.2%,23.5%,64.6%in HBV infection group of Korean-Chinese,13.4%,22.0%,64.6%in HBV infection group of Han nationality.no statistical significance between the two nations(X2=0.346,P=0.841, P>0.05);25.8%,15.7%,58.4%in control group of Korean-Chinese;25.2%,16.2%,58.6%in control group of Han nationality,no statistical significance between the t wo nations(X2=0.015, P=0.993, P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The genotype of G/G in ErbB2gene exon rs1058808could be a genetic predisposing factor for development of HCC Induced by HBV Infection in Yanbian area.2.And there was no difference between Chinese-korean and Han people according to ErbB2gene exon rs1058808polymorphism distribution.
