Objective:By detecting FGFR2protein expression in esophageal cancer and normal tissue, revealFGFR2protein in esophageal cancer occurrence, development, invasion and metastasisprocess function, and further to explore a new development in the treatment of esophagealcancer. Methods:From Jining first people’s hospital in January2011-March2013specimens of133casesof patients with surgical resection of esophageal cancer surgery as the experimental group, another under endoscopy in40cases of normal esophageal tissues as control group. Allexperimental wax block are from Jining first people’s hospital, clinical data complete archivewax block, has not been all patients with preoperative chemotherapy, radiotherapy andimmunotherapy and other anti-cancer treatment, and phosphorus are the primary esophagealcarcinoma. Two groups of line respectively FGFR2expression in immunohistochemicalstaining observation.Results:1、 FGFR2protein in esophageal tissue in the positive expression rate was45.11%(60/130), in normal esophageal tissue expression rate was27.5%(11/40), the expression ofthe two groups compared with the results significant difference (P <0.05.2、 FGFR2protein expression and patients’ gender, esophageal differentiation degree, infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), and have nothing to do with age, tumor types. FGFR2with esophageal cancer infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis werepositively correlated, and esophageal cancer differentiation degree significantly negativecorrelation in return。Conclusion:1. The positive rate of FGFR2was obviously higher than that of controls, or FGFR2expression in esophageal cancer is significantly higher than normal esophageal tissue ofexpression, and the difference is statistically significant.2. In esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues, positive expression in FGFR2no obvious correlation with the patient age, tumor type. And there was a positive correlation andlymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer infiltration depth, and negatively correlated withdegree of differentiation, namely with the increase of infiltration depth of esophageal cancerand lymph node metastasis, the higher the positive expression rate of FGFR2, in the degreeof differentiation of esophageal cancer, the lower the degree of differentiation, the higher thepositive expression rate of FGFR2.3. In esophageal cancer tissues, the lower the degree of differentiation, the expressionof FGFR2rate is higher, therefore, we suspect that whether FGFR2can serve as some of theearly diagnosis of the tumor markers, or whether it can contribute to the early detection ofsome tumors.4. Given FGFR2is a specific marker of TF,and the latest research proves,TF for tumoroccurrence and development of suitable microenvironment, as to how specific for tumor cellsto provide suitable microenvironment is still not very clear, but with the development of themedical field, these problems will have the answer, and for the environment may cause newdevelopments in the study of cancer treatment.
