| Objective:Analysis the clinical data and18F-FDG PET-CT imaging results of67patients with primary gastric lymphoma,to investigate the value of18F-FDG PET-CT imaging in diagnosis, staging, restaging,evaluating the treatment outcome of primary gastric lymphoma.Methods:67patients with primary gastric lymphoma were examined by PET/CT.All of the67cases were confirmed by biopsies.53cases were examined by PET/CT before treatment,8of those were also examined by PET/CT for the second time or more after treatment.14cases were examined by PET/CT after treatment. Spss20.0was used to analyze the data.Results:(1)The patients with abdominal pain and abdominal distension were more than other, in the diagnosis of primary focal the sensitivity of PET/CT were better than CT;in the diagnosis of lymph nodes and viscera violation the accuracy of PET/CT were better than CT;in the diagnosis of lymph nodes and viscera violation the result of PET/CT have a good consistency with the biopsies results; in the staging of primary gastric lymphoma the result of PET/CT have a good consistency with the biopsies results.(2) the SUVmax of the patients with the distal primary gastric lymphoma were lower than the patients with the full stomach invasioned;the SUVmax of the patients who pathological staging for â… were lower than patients who pathological staging for â…¢,â…£; the SUVmax of mucosa associated type of primary gastric lymphoma were lower than patients of non mucosa associated gastric lymphoma; the SUVmax of the patients with elevated D-dimmer levels were significantly higher the patients with normal D-dimmer levels.(3) used PET/CT to restaging the22patients,stage â… llcases,stage â…¡5cases, stage â…¢3cases, stage â…£3cases,3were ascended,6descended and13unchanged,40.9%of patients with primary gastric lymphoma in restaging be corrected again.(4) There were8patients in complete remission,5in progressive disease,3in stable diseas,6in progressive disease among all the22patients;The SUVmax were different between efficacy group and the inefficacy group; The SUVmax of all the22patients berore and after therapy were different. Conclusion:(1)Primary gastric lymphoma patients with abdominal pain and abdominal distension were common,it is important to identify. PET/CT have advantages in the diagnosis of primary focal and lymph nodes and viscera violation,it is helpful to diagnosis and stage.(2) the SUVmax of the patients with different primary focal areas,staging, pathological type were not the same.(3)PET/CT is helpful to evaluate the treatment outcome and restage. |
