Detection of resistance toINH strain resistance related gene mutations in katG and inhA.MethodsFrom Dali prefecture of60cases of Mtb. infected sputum samples, through theidentification, isolation, culture. And then do drug sensitive test. Of drug resistancerelated gene mutations using direct sequencing method, and then compared withstandard strain H37RV.Results60sputum specimens,49for Mtb. infection,11cases of HIV/Mtb. duallyinfected specimens. Drug susceptibility, according to the results of a total of12strainshave drug resistance phenomenon, resistance to20%(12/60). INH strains resistant to7strains of sensitive plant53strains. RFP strains resistant to3strains and sensitivestrains57strains. EMB strains resistant to1strains and sensitive strains59strains.SM resistant strains,1strain sensitive strains59strains. Not found multipledrug-resistant strains. The resistance to INH strains accounted for58.3%(7/12).Using statistical analysis of Mtb. infection and HIV/Mtb., for there was no statisticallysignificant difference between the percentages of dual infection.
