The Clinical Study Of Working Memory Changes Of Chiidren With ADHD Before And After The Treatment Of Yizhining

ObjectiveIn this study, the working memory in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorders was tested before and after the treatment of Yizhining to evaluate whether working memory could be improved or not and further to prove the beneficial clinical outcomes of the treatment of Yizhining.MethodsAuto-control studying before and after the treatment was used. In addition, the n-Back measurement being used to reflect children’s working memory about space was applied to measure the proper response times and response time before and after the treatment, so as to evaluate whether working memory of ADHD children could be improved or not after the treatment.ResultsIn20clinical cases, we observed that the proper response times about the measurement of2-back being significantly improved after the treatment, there was a significant difference before and after the treatment (P<0.01). However, the response time being just slightly improved, there was not a significant difference before and after the treatment (P>0.05). On the other hand, the excellent results are calculated in40%of cases; good results in50%of cases and failure results in10%.ConclusionThere was a beneficial clinical result of the treatment of Yizhining, as working memory in children with ADHD could be improved.
