Objectives:To further understand the relationship between physical phlegm associated with prehypertension factors, further exploration and discussion the impact of prehypertension phlegm constitution types of cardiovascular risk factors, provide some objective sentence for the intervention of prehypertension types of physical phlegm. Methods:The case of prehypertension collected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Province Medical University (Guangdong Provincial Hospital), including the collection of wards, clinics and medical centers to meet the patients diagnosed with prehypertension. Meeting and screening the conditions of patients with "Chinese constitution classification and determination Tables" physical determination. Patients were screened out cases in line with phlegm constitution drawn type94cases, non-physical types of phlegm106patients. Collating and analyzing information on the patients filled out the survey. Wherein the data information comprises:Gender, age, education, smoking history, alcohol consumption, diet, lack of sleep or not, family history of cardiovascular disease, height, weight, BMI index, waist circumference, LDL, cholesterol, blood lipids, blood glucose and other information. Inputing of the case data collected. Chi-square test and Analysis of variance factors associated with hypertension phlegm constitution. To explore and compare the two risk factors for cardiovascular disease relationships through prehypertension in physical and non-physical phlegm phlegm, to study the correlation between physical phlegm and between prehypertension.Result: Phlegm constitution becomes even more obvious than the non-physical phlegm crowd with prehypertension relevance of each risk factor in patients with prehypertension.Analysis showed that the factors that affect prehypertension and phlegm constitution using Chi-square test and Analysis of variance, At P<0.05level, Risk factors associated with phlegm wet constitution are as follows:Genetic factors, age, diet is salty, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, knowledge workers,6, BMI, TC, LDL-C, FBG, TG. Prehypertension in genetic factors and phlegmy wet constitution also has certain correlation (P<0.05), however due to influenced by lifestyle lineage or other potential variables, can not determine the existence of statistical significant.Gender impact of prehypertension compared with phlegm constitution, the proportion of males52%, females accounted for48%, P>0.05, not statistically significant.Cr, BUN, UA and phlegm constitution, constitution has no obvious correlation with the phlegm constitution, group analysis results suggest both had no significant different (P>0.05).Conclusion:Phlegm constitution has certain correlation with the incidence of Prehypertension, and there is a certain effect relationship phlegm constitution with multiple risk factors associated with prehypertension. So for prehypertension should be noted that the screening physical phlegm crowd, giving guidance and positive lifestyle intervention TCM treatment to prevent further development of prehypertension.
