Objective To design and synthesise the expected endotoxin adsorption resin HB-H-6. The effects of various factors, such as the different molecular weight of proteins, the chemical structures of the material, on the adsorption property of the functional microsphers for HB-H-6bilirubin were examined. Methods HB-H-6resin synthesise:Styrene and DVB were polymerized suspensiblily to obtain copolymer beads body in the water pHSAe. Then repestedly introduce the ionization of the group to the copolymer. HB-H-6resin was used in the adsorption of protein that was in different molecular weight and was used in the adsorption of material of different chemical structures, such as proteins, blood plasma and Dextran in static test in vitro. The adsorption of material of different chemical structures included two experiments. One is the adsorption of material of different chemical structures, blood plasma proteins, blood plasma saccharides and blood plasma lipid in viro. Another is the adsorption of material of different chemical structures, HSA and Dextran, in vitro.Result Surface active group was-N+(CH3)2. Aperture was (80-100) nm. Porosity was (45-52)%. Volume was (0.75~0.84) ml/g. Specific surface area was (850~1000) m2/g. Exchange capacity were3.7mmol/g and1.1mmol/g. Diameter was (0.05~1.20) mm. Density were (1.06~1.10) g/ml and (0.65~0.75) g/ml. Intensity was>95%. The temperature was<100℃.The experiment results of HB-H-6resin adsorption showed that the average adsorption rates of5different molecular weight proteins are significantly different (Myo (16700), OVA (44000), HSA (66200), β-Gal(130000) and IgG (150000) groups:(0.00±0.33)%,(8.02±1.23)%,(43.19±2.31)%,(34.25±1.07)%and (0.00±0.69)%). In the studies on adsorption of different structural chemical substances, the average adsorption rates of different structural chemical substances proteins, saccharides, lipid are also significantly different (plasma total protein, albumin, globulin, glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol groups:(11.18±0.72)%,(10.74±0.66)%,(11.74±1.22)%,(7.17±0.12)%,(1.06±1.04)%,(3.05±0.65)%; HSA and Dextran groups:(43.19±2.31)%,(5.44±1.46)%). Conclusion The average adsorption rates of protein that was in different molecular weight were obvious. There was the strongest adsorption capability between the HB-H-6resin and the protein whose molecular was60KD to100KD. The average adsorption rates of plasma protein, lipid and saccharides were different; Otherwise, the adsorption ability of protein was stronger than the Dextran. It showed that HB-H-6resin would select the material with various chemical structure.
