Object:The aim of this research is to study the relationship between the electrocardiogram after the CRT device implantation and the reverse structural remodeling of left ventricule. At the same time, to explore the ECG characteristic of the responder to CRT.Method:We analysed data from30patients with CLBBB and heart failure who received CRT therapy at our center. Significant LV reverse remodeling was defined by a minimum10%decrease in the LVESV or5%increase in the LVEF at1year of follow-up. Their ECG characteristics were analysed.Reults:CRT responders(n=23) and CRT non-responders(n=7) had similar baseline characteristics. Rehospitalization events because of heart failure was higher in non-responder group. CRT responders group exhibited a significant decrease in QRS width, more number patients with normal axis or right axis deviation and more number patients with increased amplitude of V1R wave. Conclusion:More QRS narrowing, right axis deviation or normal axis, increase R amplitude in V1predicted LV reverse remodeling in CLBBB heart failure patients.
