Objective To explore the effect of the treatment of femoral intertrochantericfractures using the DHS Combined with Antirotation Screw、PFN and DHS.Methods89elder patients with unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture wererandomized to be treated with a DHS combined with antirotation screw、a PFN or a DHS,and followed-up for12-24months, outcomes and complications of the three groups werecompared. Results The outcomes of the group PFN were better than the other two in the lengthof incision、blood loss、time to mobilization with a aid and walking ability3months aftersurgery(p<0.05). There were no significant differences between the three groups inhospital stay and complications. Conclusion PFN is the firstchoice for the unstable femoral intertrochantericfracture, and The DHS combined with antirotation screw is also a useful technique. DHSis still the standard device for stable femoral intertrochanteric fracture. |
