ObjectiveSpinal cord injury (SCI, spinal cord injury) is the central nervous system (CNS, Central nervous system) is the most serious damage, the regeneration mechanism is not yet fully understood, the China traditional medicine acupuncture as a means of intervention, the discussion about whether the bone morphology occur in the local SCI-2/4/7protein by Electroacupuncture (BMP-2/4/7, bone morphogenetic protein-2/4/7) down, thereby inhibiting the expression of astrocytes in SCI, to provide theoretical basis for clinical, is the main research purpose of this test.MethodScoring method1comprehensive comparison of various test behavior, there is a good correlation between morphological score and after injury BBB.In this experiment, the same batch of SD randomly120rats were randomly divided into3groups:sham operation group (Group sham), spinal cord injury group (group SCI), acupuncture group (group EA) after spinal cord injury. Establish the aneurysm clip model of spinal cord injury, sham operation group did not deal with spinal cord injury, only open Iaminectomy. Group underwent operation treatment of spinal cord injury of spinal cord injury, postoperative electro acupuncture EA group of spinal cord injury. Modeling after1D,3D,5d,7d,14d,21d,28d respectively, BBB score, assessment of nerve function recovery.2the above three groups of animal models in the scheduled time point (7d after injury,14d,21d,28d) for spinal cord injury rats after reperfusion (sham operation group and the corresponding segment of spinal cord tissue), local fixed, package image analysis for buried, section and DAB staining, the expression density determination of local spinal cord tissue damage after BMP2/4/7; reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, RT-PCR); Western blot analysis method (Western blotting) was used to detect the BMP2/4/7.Using SPSS17.03statistical software for analysis, rat spinal cord injury at the head end of the proliferation of expression density data were compared, using a=0.05as a test standard.Result1.BBB score showed two groups of data, longitudinal comparison, sham operation group was significantly higher than that in the injury group; each group of data increased gradually with time after growth; has the obvious difference in the same group at different time points (P&1t;0.05). The same time points in different groups are significantly different (P&1t;0.05).Between2different groups at the same time, the comparison of expression of BMP2/4/7, EA group were significantly lower than that in SCI group than in Sham group. The contrast between the significant difference (P<0.05).Between3electro acupuncture group at different time points compared with electroacupuncture, time grows, the EA expression of BMP2was increased with time increasing; the expression of BMP4and BMP7is decreased, comparison between different groups had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion1electro acupuncture can promote the recovery of function after spinal cord injury in rats.Between different groups of2.Bmp2/4/7at the same time, the expression of EA group was lower than that in SCI group.With the extension3.Bmp2/4/7in electroacupuncture cycle, although Bmp2has gradually increased, but the overall trend is lower than SCI group.4electroacupuncture treatment can reduce the injury of spinal cord in the expression of Bmp2/4/7in spinal cord injury.
