ObjectiveAccording to the World Health Organization(WHO),nearly one in2births in China is delivered by Cesarean section. In China, cesarean delivery has become a common way of puerperal childbirth, in recent years, cesarean delivery operation method improved, its operating time is short, so the requirement of anesthesia and anesthesia effect is becoming more and more high. Our study discuss the26#needle prick lumbar hemp and waist hard joint anesthesia for cesarean delivery puerperal childbirth outcome.MethodsFrom October2013to December2013in Zhengzhou people’s hospital cesarean section surgery,100cases of puerperae are randomly divided into two groups, A group and B group.50cases in each group. Age22to39, weight is50to79, ASA is I or II, all maternal without pregnancy complications. Two groups of maternal have not been in preoperative use of drugs. Preoperative ban food and water for6hours, give oxygen when they come in the operation, the oxygen flow rate of2L/h. Careful monitoring of maternal heart rate, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, etc. Each processing method is as follows:A group:lumbar hemp use26#needle prick anesthesia, women take the left side, puncture between lumbar2>3, after the success of puncturing, subarachnoid space injection Naropin0.75%, finished in30s. B group:use waist hard joint anesthesia, the same, puncture between lumbar2*3, injection Naropin0.75%in the subarachnoid space, finished in30s. Epidural outgoing head end, anesthesia plane can reach T6when the women lie on your back. If not, we can inject2%lidocaine5ml in the epidural space. Results1. There was no statistical significance between two groups of maternal on anesthesia effect time.(P>0.05).2. There was no statistical significance between two groups of maternal on analgestic effect.(P>0.05)3. In the operation and after the operation, there was no statistical significance between two groups of maternal on the incidence of hypotension, nausea, vomiting, headache.(P>0.05)4. In the operation and after the operation, there was statistical significance between the two groups of maternal on the incidence of back pine.(p<0.005).5. There was no statistical significance between two groups of maternal on the Apgar score of neonates.(P>0.05)ConclusionTo compare the26#needle prick lumbar hemp and waist hard joint anesthesia for cesarean delivery of the anesthesia, the26#needle pick lumbar hemp is safer, less adverse reaction, also had no adverse effect on maternal and infant The incidence of the back pine after anesthesia is zero, especially suitable for simple anesthesia for cesarean section surgery.
