Aims:To investigate the different treatment effects of the joint implantation of5-fluorouracil and cisplatin and slow-release agent and simple implantation of each of them.;to analyze the factors that influence the implantation of the retarder.Methods:Part1A retrospective analysis of70patients pathologically diagnosed with advancedesophageal carcinoma during the period from January,2006to January,2010from theJinan Military Region General Hospital. All cases, according to the different methods oftreatment, are divided into joint implantation group and the control group.30ones belongto joint implantation group, adopting joint implantation of5-FU release agents andcisplatin sustained release agent.40ones belong to the control group, adopting simpleimplantation of5-fluorouracil sustained release agent. The day before surgery and twoweeks after the surgery, do a routine blood test and examine liver and kidney function. Inone to two months after the surgery, do another gastroscope. Compare the symptoms aboutpostoperative complications, toxicity, easing the difficulty of swallowing of the two groupsand find out if there is any difference.Part2Collect80cases where the patients adopt treatment of implanting retarder fromthe Jinan Military Region General Hospital during the period of January,2006to January,2010. Choose10factors that is likely to be connected with life circle and use SPSS17.0statistical software and Kaplan-Meier method to do a survival analysis, and use Log-rankto check the single factor that is likely to influence survival and adopt COX proportionalhazard model to do a analysis of multiple factors.ResultsPart1The efficacy of the combined treatment group to shrink the tumor and ease thedifficulty of swallowing is better than that of the control group and there is a statistically significant difference, While there is no statistical difference between the two sets inadverse reactions, complications.Part2By analyzing the single factor, the factors that influence survival rate are thenumber of sustained-release implantation, tumor metastasis, the degree of tumordifferentiation, Tumor diameter, joint stent implantation, and implantation of differentdrugs. By analyzing multiple factors, the degree of tumor differentiation, tumor metastasis, the number of implantation, and implantation of different drugs are independent prognosticfactors.Conclusions1. The efficacy of adopting joint implantation5-sustained-release fluorouracil andcisplatin sustained-release agents to shrink the tumor and ease the difficulty of swallowingis better than that of the control group and there is a statistically significant difference. It issafe and effective to treat the advanced esophageal cancer. It can improve quality of life. Ithas better clinical applications.2. The factors that influence survival rate are the number of sustained-releaseimplantation, tumor metastasis, the degree of tumor differentiation, Tumor diameter, jointstent implantation, and implantation of different drugs; By analyzing multiple factors, thedegree of tumor differentiation, tumor metastasis, the number of implantation, andimplantation of different drugs are independent prognostic factors.
