| Objective: To investigate after the extraction, the immediate implant technologycompared with the delayed implant techniques. There are the short treatment time andless bone trauma for immediate implant. At the same time immediate implant cansolve the alveolar bone resorption and other issues after tooth extraction. Finally wecan insert the implant into insufficient bone. Due to this paper the report introduceimmediate implant technology in clinical application.Materials and Methods: The study subjects involved12patients between June toDecember2011. After the extraction, using the Japanese Kyocera implant, healingtime was4-6months, following-up time was1-1.5year.Results: Due to development of new materials,the implants widely used in clinicaland achieved good results, so the value is very huge for immediate implant in clinical,some researchers studied histological from experiments. They found that the bonearound implants was repaired and osseointegration, it’s similar with the tooth’shealing after extraction. A lot of clinical studies have shown that insert implant intothe fresh bone trauma after extraction can get good osseointegration.Conclusion: To choose the appropriate indications, the appropriate implant-systemsand the appropriate surgical methods can be good function and aesthtic after the repair,and there were high success rates. |
