Objective To observe the effects of different doses of Rosuvastain on Adiponection(APN) and Interleukin-18(IL-18) level in patients after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) Myocardial Ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Sixty-six patients with AMI underwent coronaryography and PCI treatment in12hours after attack (at least one vessel was closed). All patients were routinely used nitrates,β-blalk, clopidogre, aspirin, low weight heparin, and randomly divide into two groups to receive rosuvastatin10mg/d or rosuvastain20mg/d. Patients were followed up for4weeks and their blood APN and IL-18level were measured. Results The differernces of APN and IL-18between the two groups were no significant differents before treatment.After4weeks treatment the level of APN were significantly increased in both two groups (t=5.980,4.184,p<0.05),and there also a significantly different between the two groups (t=2.459,p<0.05). the level of IL-18were significantly decreased in both two groups(t=2.239、5.466,p<0.05),and the group of high dose also show a significantly different with the other one(t=2.594,P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin has significant effcts on increase the level of APN and decrease the level of IL-18so as to prevent inflammatory, its efficacy has a dose-dependent.
