Objective:1.To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral perfusion CT of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.2.By investigating the correlation between lung cancer perfusion parameters and MVD、EGFR, providing the basis for generating of MSCT for lung cancer In vivo assessment, to provide a reference for the treatment of patients with vascular targeting anti-selection.3.There is a big problem of radiation of Conventional dose perfusion CT, by analysing the correlation with lowdose perfusion CT, to reduce the radiation dose but accurately assess the lesion.Materials and methods:1. object of study:Between July1,2012and March1,2014, Patients with definite masses who were detected by CT scanning were chosen to Perform64--slice Spiral CT perfusion scanning of83patients,57cases of lung cancer.2. inspection method:(1)CT perfusion imaging:All patients first underwent unenhanced CT scanning with GE gem CT scanner.A conventional thoracic CT scan was obtained as a routine to locate the lung lesionas.Dynamic scans were performed at the location of the lesions with40ml nonionic contrast administration(370mgl/ml)at the speed of4.5ml/s.Data postprocessing was performed on Siemens workstation using lung cancer analyzing software in the package of Body Perfusion.Perfusion measurements were calculated for each acquisition time. Then the time-density curves and perfusion parameters.(2)pathological examinationl:57cases of lung cancer resection specimens and10cases of normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma, line of immunohistochemical method to detect MVD, EGFR and counting.3.Statistical analysis:(1)To compare of CT perfusion parameters between the patients with different types.(2)Analysis of CT perfusion parameters and lung cancer MVD,EGFR correlation.(3)Analysis the statistical significance of BF、BV between two groups. All results were caculated in a statistic software(SPSS17.0). In the single factor analysis, comparison between count data set by chi-square test, Spearman analysis was used to do correlative research. P<0.05was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.CT perfusion parameters BF, BV value:granuloma> lung> benign tumors (P<0.05).2. MVD and EGFR have positive correlation with BF and BV,and have negative correlation with MTT.3.The differences of BF、BV between two groups were not shown with statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. CT perfusion imaging in BF, BV values between benign and malignant nodules have statistically significant, may provide the basis for identification of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.2. MVD and EGFR both have positive correlation with BF and BV; have negative correlation with MTT, therefore, CT perfusion imaging can be used as tumor angiogenesis evaluation index.3.Low dose CT lung perfusion scan can meet the requirements of image diagnosis.
