The State Council announces the new health care reform scheme in2009, it ask theemployee in pharmacy the higher ability in pharmaceutical care, but the ability ofemployee in drugstore is not satisfactory, so the secondary vocational who outlet theprimary talent to the drugstore and dispensary, want to outlet better graduate throughcurriculum reform, also want to provide experience for similar curriculum reform.This article uses such as literature research method, survey research method, theaction research method, data analysis method,integrates the three subjects HumanAnatomy and Physiology, Pharmacology, Prevention and Treatment of Common Diseasesto Drag Application Basics as one subject. This not just simply combing the three the oldsubjects, but makeup the contents according to the characteristic of students and theapplication for future, delete some heavy difficult point which is not useful in their practicework, and add some non-essential before but which is common in their job. So the subjectschange from more theory teaching to more practice. Meanwhile, sort the teaching systemto module, according to the cognitive rules of students, in the order of anatomy andphysiology-common disease-pharmacology, make the student easy to understanding. Thissubject finish the writing and using of Drag Application Basics, and reform the teachingplan of Pharmacy, and set the new course standard and the standard for teaching andevaluation. The author uses Retrospective study method to study the data of09gradestudents in their teaching and internship, and study the10grade students by means ofprospective study.According to the survey of09grade students who learn the old subjects and the10grade students who learn the new subjects: the understanding rate in three semester of newteaching material is85.4%、86.2%、91.7%, much better than the rate of old teaching material65.2%、67.4%、84.9%, also the academic record raises from60-80to80-100, thisshows that the new course and teaching method get good effect,the curriculum reform getinitial result in teaching. Also the10grade students get better feedback in many projects intheir internship,the lead reputably of09grade60.8%raised to10grade76.3%,that showsthe students more in line with the requirement of the society.So the author considered this curriculum reform achieve the effect as intended: we getachievements in school teaching, provide experience for similar curriculum reform. Thegood feedback from the practice company, make us have more confidence of outlet betterprimary talent of Pharmacy.
