Objective This present study mainly aimed to investigate the effect of opoptosis-2ligand on apoptosis of95-D cells that radiation induced.Methods The effect of the different concentration of the apoptosis-2ligand on cellular proliferation inhibition rate of95-D cells was detected by MTT method; The effect of combined apoptosis-2ligand with radiation on the cell apoptosis and the cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry.Results The cellular proliferation inhibition rate of apoptosis-2ligand on95-D cells was related with the drug concentration and action time(P<0.05). The combined application of apoptosis-2ligand and radiation could raise the cellular proliferation inhibition rate of95-D cells, compared with that in the control group and apoptosis-2ligand or radiation alone(P<0.05)Conclusion1. Apoptosis-2ligand could inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells, and it is TRAIL’s concentration and action time-dependent manner.2. Apoptosis-2ligand’s inhibition of proliferation acting on95-D cells is promoting apoptosis essentially.3. Apoptosis-2ligand can inhibit the proliferation of95-D cells in vitro culture combined with radiation, the enhancement of sensitivity of95-D cells to radiation may play an important role.
