Purpose:Through the comparison of hysterectomy vaginal micro environmental PH value, vaginal bacterium group and the change of local immune, this paper discusses the change rules of vaginal microenvironment that before and after transvaginal hysterectomy.Methods:Select40cases who went under the transvaginal hysterectomy in the gynecology and obstetrics of The PLA107hospital from December2010to September2011.To respectively detect their vaginal microenvironment in admission group, the15days after surgery group and one month after surgery group. Vaginal PH value is tested by sophisticated dipstick;Vaginal bacterium group is tested by Gram stain; The concentrations of SIgA、IgE and HD5were measured by enzyme—linked irnmunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:(1) The analysis of vaginal PH value shows that the vaginal PH value in the15days after surgery group was the highest (4.57±0.38).The vaginal PH value in the admission group was lowest (4.09±0.50).The vaginal PH value in the one month after surgery group (4.35±0.58) was between that two groups. And there were statistically significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).(2) The detecting rate of the lactobacillus in the15days after surgery group was the lowest (45.7%), while the detecting rate of the lactobacillus in the one month after surgery group (70%)was lower than that in the admission group(100%).(3) SIgA in the admission group was the highest(29.30±3.68mg/ml). SIgA was decreased in the one month after surgery group (27.85±0.58mg/ml) than in the15days after surgery group (28.00±2.91mg/ml), but there was no significant difference in the expression of SIgA between the15days after surgery and the one month after surgery groups(P=0.714).(4) IgE in the admission group was the highest(196.38±17.58ng/ml). IgE was decreased in the one month after surgery group (192.14±17.31ng/ml) than in the15days after surgery group (187.27±18.61mg/ml), but there was no significant difference in the expression of IgE between the15days after surgery and the one month after surgery groups(P=0.113).(5) HD5in the admission group was the highest(20.17±3.32ng/ml). HD5was decreased in the one month after surgery group (18.11±3.31ng/ml) than in the15days after surgery group (15.95±4.13ng/ml).There was significant difference in the expression of HD5between the15days after surgery and the one month after surgery groups(P<0.05)、between the admission group and the15days after surgery month after surgery groups(P<0.05) and between the admission group and the one month after surgery month after surgery groups(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Vaginal PH value had a raised trend after transvaginal hysterectomy, and it in the15days after surgery group was the highest.2. The detecting rate of the lactobacillus had a down trend after transvaginal hysterectomy, and the lowest was in the15days after surgery group.3. The expression of SIgA、IgE and HD5had a down trend after transvaginal hysterectomy, and the change of HD5was the most significant.
