Objective: Exploreing the clinical diagnosis and prevention methods of cervicalcancer radical surgery lymphatic cyst.Methods: Collecting21cases of cervical cancer patients with postoperativelymphocyst in our hospital in2002.1--2013.1.all conform to the diagnosticcriteria.Retrospective analysis clinical manifestations、 auxiliary examination、operation、therapies、preventive measures etc.Results: The21patients in the28~74years age distribution,the average age is45.7±2.4.Major clinical manifestations:2patients have lower extremity edemaassociated with ureter expansion,15patients have abdominal pain,3patients have fever,1patients have mass at bilateral inguinal region,4patients no obvious symptoms,auxiliary examination:21patients diagnosis by ultrasound,8patients by pelvic CTdiagnosis,2patients by MRI diagnosis,17patients by cytological diagnosis.pathologicdiagnosis:17patients are squamous cell carcinomas,3patients are adenocarcinoma,1patient is squamous adenocarcinoma.Clinical stage:2patients are phase Ia,6patients arephase Ib,10patients are phase IIa,3patients are phase IIb.Lymphatic cyst location andsize:9patients are unilateral cyst,12patients are bilateral cyst,5patients are cystdiameter <5cm,16patients are cyst diameter>5cm.Operation method:19patients havelaparotomy,2patients have laparoscopic surgery.Cleaning the lymph node numberbetween10~28,the average number is20.6±5.9.The postoperative drainage way:12patients by double tube in abdominal cavity negative pressure drainage,5patients byvaginal drainage,7patients through the abdominal drainage,9patients use single tubevia vagina drainage,Treatment method:15patients by drainage tube and metronidazolerinse,11patients also give deep physical therapy,1patients by abdominal incisiondrainage,1patients give deep physical therapy and anti-infection therapy,4patients arenot give special treatment,because there is no self-conscious symptom and cyst is small.21patients are cured.17patients are follow-up in21patients and4patients arelost,17patients,follow-up time are2months-12months,1case of recurrence.Conclusion:1.Ultrasound is an important way to diagnose lymphocyst of cervicalcancer postoperative and also can guide treatment.2.There are multiple factors cause lymphocyst of cervical cancerpostoperative,Such as postoperative drainage, clinical staging and intraoperativecleaning lymph node number, the performer’s skills etc.3.There is no unified treatment methods of lymphocyst at present, in clinicalcommonly use puncture drainage, curing agent treatment, traditional Chinese medicinetreatment etc.
