Objective: Investigate the relationship between four seasons change and the malesemen parameters.Material and Methods: Included in the Beijing area100troops from a more than2years in service. According to the time the spring (3-5), summer (6-8) and autumn (9–11), winter (12–next year2) groups. Collection of four semen routine respectively.Using WLJY-9000color semen analysis system (CASA) in semen quality parameterstest. Mainly includes routine semen parameters, such as semen volume, liquefactiontime, ph, viscosity, sperm density, total, vitality, living rate; Sperm kinetic parameterssuch as sperm kinetic parameters such as line speed (VCL), curvilinear velocity (VSL),average path velocity (VAP), Angle of the moving average (MAD), beating frequency(BCF) and linearity (LIN), swing (WOB) or forward (STR), etc. Analyzed differencesin four groups of semen parameters.Result: Semen liquefaction time winter group (33.61±16.98min), spring (34.49±18.59min), summer (32.20±10.06min), autumn groups (19.77±10.48min), fallsignificantly lower than the other seasons group P <0.01; Ph group (7.30±0.22) inwinter, the spring group (7.34±0.22), summer group (7.20±0.21) and autumn (7.43±0.28), group minimum summer, autumn group is highest, statistical differences (P <0.05); Sperm total group (365.07±251.38x106), winter spring group (256.17±199.00x106) and summer group (255.83±174.64x106) and autumn group (360.27±284.65x106), autumn and winter than spring and summer, the difference has statisticalsignificance (P <0.05); MAD group (61.99±9.14degrees per second) in winter, thespring group (56.50±9.78degrees per second), group (63.85±8.73degrees per second)in summer and autumn group (60.76±8.17degrees per second) group in spring waslower than that in other seasons (P <0.01); LIN winter group (54.72±9.03%), spring (59.38±11.44%), summer group (51.01±11.11%) and autumn (55.00±7.37%), thespring group is highest, summer minimum (P <0.05); WOB winter group (64.07±7.80%), spring (68.80±8.11%), group (61.99±6.41%) in summer and autumn thehighest group (65.13±6.31%) in spring, the summer minimum (P <0.05); ALH ofwinter leisure group (3.67±1.32m) and spring group (2.91±1.39m), summer (3.37±1.58m) and autumn (3.73±1.38m) group of spring was lower than that in otherseasons (P <0.01); BCF winter group (6.09±1.60Hz), spring (5.71±2.12Hz),summer group (6.64±1.99Hz) and autumn (5.76±1.09Hz), summer is higher than thespring and autumn group (P <0.05); A grade sperm percentage winter group (24.32±16.13%), spring (23.43±16.51%), summer group (17.62±12.50%) and autumn (23.61±15.34%), summer group is lower than the other seasons (P <0.05); B grade spermpercentage winter group (20.01±7.78%), spring (15.80±8.00%), summer group (13.45±6.61%) and autumn (21.15±9.65%) group significantly higher than spring andsummer autumn and winter season (P <0.01); C grade sperm percentage winter group(17.38±9.53%), the Spring Festival (13.22±7.99%), summer group (18.47±12.22%)and autumn (18.47±6.94%), spring group is lower than the other seasons (P <0.05); Dgrade sperm percentage winter group (38.29±26.70%), spring (47.55±25.34%),summer group (50.47±25.38%) and autumn (36.77±19.11%), lower than spring andsummer season group group(P <0.05); Sperm motility (A+B) winter group (44.32±21.00%), spring (39.22±19.98%) summer group (31.07±16.98%) and autumn (44.76±17.28%), autumn and winter group was higher than in spring and summer group (P <0.05); Live sperm rate (A+B+C) winter group (61.71±26.70%), spring (52.45±25.34%), summer group (49.53±25.38%) and autumn (63.23±19.11%), autumn andwinter seasons are higher than spring and summer group(P <0.05). Sperm quantity, sperm deformity rate, VSL, VAP, and STR no seasonal differences. Conclusions: Male semen parameters has certain seasonal variability, the total numberof sperm and live sperm rate and sperm vitality of autumn and winter than spring andsummer, fall and winter of semen parameters, the overall level of spring and summer.
