Echocardiography In Prenatal Diagnosis Of Fetal False Hypoplastic Left Heart

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of fetal falsehypoplastic left heart.Materials and methods15cases of PAPVC fetuses,20cases of CoA fetuses and30casesof FASA fetuses were selected as the study group,50normal fetuses and14cases of HLHSfetuses were selected as the control group. The two groups were compared by the parametersof LA、RA、LV、RV、LA/RA、LV/RV、aorta and pulmonary artery. To explore the influenceof cardiovascular structure abnormality and paramorphia to left heart development.Results1、normal fetuses group: the parameters of LA、LV、RA、RV、aorta、pulmonaryartery respectively are （11.742±1.508）cm、（13.330±1.718）cm、（11.392±1.668）cm、（12.354±1.581）cm、（6.262±0.854）cm、（7.612±1.040）cm，LA/RA is （0.883±0.072）, LV/RV is（0.920±0.044）.2、unusual fetuses group: the parameters of LA、LV、LA/RA、LV/RV of PAPVC、CoA、FASA fetuses group are less than normal fetusesgroup（P<0.05）, RA and RV are larger than the normal（P<0.05）; the parameters of aortaof PAPVC、CoA、FASA fetuses are less than norma（lP<0.05）; the parameters of pulmonaryartery of CoA is larger than the normal（P<0.05）, the parameters of pulmonary artery ofFASA is less than the normal（P<0.05）. The parameters of LA、RA、LA/RA、 LV、RV andLV/RV of PAPVC、CoA、FASA fetuses group are larger than HLHS fetuses groups（P<0.05）; the parameters of pulmonary artery of PAPVC is less than HLHS fetuses groups（P<0.05）. The parameters of aorta、pulmonary artery of CoAand FASAfetuses groups arelarger than HLHS fetuses groups（P<0.05）.Conclusions Fetal echocardiography is an important and convenient way to explore fetalhypoplastic left heart. PAPVC、CoA and FASA are the ways to make the rate of left andright heart increased, so that left heart becomed relatively smaller, right heart becomedrelatively larger, they are significant different than the ture HLHS.
