【Objective】Detect different degrees of thyrotoxicosis and thyroid dysfunction in rats andcardiac serum angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) changesin content, explore the relationship between changes in thyroid hormone in rats and therole of myocardial damage in thyrotoxicosis provide a theoretical basis for the study ofexperimental myocardial damage thyrotoxicosis.【Methods】Experiment was divided into two parts:The first part: making thyroid toxicosis rats in each group were measured in serumand myocardial angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), the content of angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ).The40adult male SD rats were randomly divided into A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1,D2of8groups:①A1, B1, C1, D1as the experimental group, the daily use of0.5mg/kg L Thyroid natriuretic peptide gavage;②A2, B2, C2, D2as the control groupreceived saline daily saline5ml/kg orally;③A1, A2were killed in the first2weeks,B1, B2were killed in the first4weeks, C1, C2were killed in the first6weeks, D1, D2were killed in the first8weeks. After the rats were sacrificed in each group weremeasured in myocardium and serum ACE, Ang Ⅱ content.The second part: making a rat model of thyroid toxicosis, after successfulmodeling feeding propylthiouracil (PTU). The serum and myocardium angiotensinconverting enzyme (ACE), the content of angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) in.The40adult male SD rats were randomly divided into a1, a2, b1, b2, c1, c2, d1, d2of8groups:①a1, b1, c1, d1as the experimental group, the daily feeding of0.05%propylthiouracil (PTU)5ml/kg;②a2, b2, c2, d2of the control group, saline5ml/kgsaline daily feeding;③a1, a2in the first weeks after, b1, b2in the first two weeks were sacrificed, c1, c2were killed in the first three weeks, d1, d2were killed in the firstfour weeks. Each group were measured in myocardium and serum ACE, Ang Ⅱ.【Results】The first part of the experimental group pressure, heart rate, TT3, TT4significantlyhigher degree than the control group, the experimental group, serum and myocardialACE, Ang Ⅱ, a significant increase compared with the control group.The second part of the experimental group pressure, heart rate, TT3, TT4reduce theextent of the control group was significantly higher than the experimental serum andmyocardial ACE, Ang Ⅱ, decrease significantly compared with the control group.【Conclusions】Varying degrees of thyrotoxicosis in vivo in rats with T3, T4, elevated blood andmyocardium of ACE, Ang Ⅱ increased sexual conduct; T3, T4decreased blood andmyocardium ACE, Ang Ⅱ reduce sexual conduct.
