Objective:Analysis The factors affecting prognosis after The surgical treatment ofintrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:Retrospective analysis the data of50patients in the department of hepatobiliarysurgery between January2008and December2013and analysis the factors affecting itsprognosis.Results:This group of50cases of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma patients undergoingradical surgery, the overall median survival period was6months. Its1,3,5year survivalrate were42%,8%and8%respectively. Through multiple multi-factors Cox modelanalysis indicates that the independent factors affecting prognosis of patients withelevated Ca199and degree of tumor differentiation.Conclusions:Ca199and degree of tumor differentiation were the independent prognosis factors ofintrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma patients undergoing radical surgery...
