After the follow-up from6to12months, the appearance and function of the injured lower extremity wassatisfactory. Conclusion:Perforator flap of lower extremity have stable blood supply. It doesnot damage any major vascular. It can repair the skin soft tissue defect of the lowerextremity traumas. It is ideal for reconstruction of lower extremity defects.
