Objective:Establish a stable chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (CNP) SD rats model. By detecting controlin the control group and the group rats model to investigate the brain natriuretic peptide (BNP)and brain natriuretic peptide receptor (NPR-A) in chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (CNP) in the ratspinal cord dorsal horn ganglion L6-expression of S1(DRG), observe the expression of the BNPand NPR-a change, and chronic pain caused by group and the relationship between the BNP,NPR-A.Methods:1.This experiment in the first affiliated hospital of nanchang university institute of urology.Choose clean type100SD rats (all male), adaptive feed after1week, randomly divided into6groups: control group, the prostate injection of saline0.1ml; Experimental group:3d buildmodule and module7d,10d module,14d module, within the prostate injection of completefreund’s adjuvant (CFA)0.1ml chronic nonbacterial prostatitis rat model was constructed, andeach group above is only20.2. According to different building time point respectively to extract the control group andeach group of SD rat spinal cord dorsal horn L6-S1ganglion.3.To extract RNA in L6-S1nerve segments organization in the groups of ten, reversetranscription to cDNA, real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR, any observation and calculation inthe control group and each time point after building the BNP and NPR-a expression and theirdifferences, the BNP, NPR-a in the expression and significance of chronic nonbacterial prostatitisand its correlation.4. Immunohistochemical SP method is applied to detect the other groups of10in L6-S1ganglion, the expression of NPR–A and BNP and its difference, research the BNP, NPR-A in theexpression and significance of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis and its correlation.Results:Fluorescence quantitative PCR results are shown by the BNP module was made in theexperiment of expressing a quantity control group were raised.3d building module made module,10d,7d module,14d module is the control group was1.53+/-0.28times, respectively,2.1+/- 0.32times,1.85+/-0.26times,1.77+/-0.35times. Shown is the result of the fluorescencequantitative PCR NPR-a module was made in the experiment of expressing A quantity controlgroup were raised.3d building module made module,10d,7d module,14d module,is thecontrol group was1.47+/-0.21times, respectively,2.05+/-0.26times,1.98+/-0.31times,1.67+/-0.23times.With7d module made module and14d,10d module differences comparedwith controls, with statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusions:With complete freund’s adjuvant (CFA) prostate injections establish stable CNP model in rats.The BNP and NPR-a L6-S1in SD rats were expressed in the ganglion, and formation ofprostatic inflammation after building its expression are raised. In CNP cause pain mechanism, theBNP and NPR-a likely involved, as well as the BNP/NPR-A signal path may be activated in thegroup.
