Plasma Kyn/Trp Ratio To Different Value For The Forecast Of Preeclampsia Pregnancy

Objective：Analysis the Kyn/Trp ratio of eclampsia exchange in pregnant women as well as the usage value in Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods：Selected50participants of pre-eclampsia minor, pre-eclampsia severe, and eclampsia to test the the Kyn/Trp ratio using the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method, and refer to un-pregnancy population as thereference data.Results：There are5disorder case which include2hypertensive,2pre-eclampsia minor and1pre-eclampsia severe out of50test population. Standard Kyn/Trp Ration keeps at a same level during early, middle pregnancy trimester andun-pregnancy; however, it keeps a relatively lower lever in the late pregnancytrimester. These results are meaningful since the Kyn/Trp P-value is less than0.05. The Kyn/Trp ration is not meaningful (P>0.05) in pre-eclampsia and pregnancy hypertensive disorder which compared to standard population. On the other hand, the Kyn/Trp ration which is used in late pregancy trimester and pre-eclampsia compared to Pregnancy hypertensive disorder population are valuable(P<0.05). Pre-eclampsia Kyn/Trp ratio unsual data happened precede clinical symptoms and observations. Therefore, choose middle, late pregnancy trimesterKyn/Trp ratio is better. Based on ROC curve analysis, the convex curve areasare0.680(95%confidence interval is [0.619-0.741]) and0.960(95%confidenceinterval is [0.919-1.000]). The optimal point is0.18for middle pregnancy trimester and0.12for late pregnancy trimester according to Tangent condition.Conclusion：Kyn/Trp ratio declined in middle and late pregnancy trimester, so use Kyn/Trp rato to indicate and predict the pre-eclampsia and late pregnanc y trimester is overweight the middle pregnancy trimester.
