Results1.The law of gastrointestinal decompression quantity after esophagectomy changingwith the postoperative days accord with a quadratic curve,the Prediction equationsis that Gastrointestinal decompression quantity=82.215+69.620×days-6.604×days2.The equations has statistical significance through statistical tests.2.Through univariate and multivariate regression analysis the independent relatedfactors of gastrointestinal decompression quantity include gastric tube(β=0.410，P=0.000),smoking history(β=-0.231，P=0.000),age(β=-0.193，P=0.001) andpathological type(β=-0.169，P=0.006).
