Objective:To predict the NAFLD by detecting the anthropometric indicators innon-manual groups, and explore the best cutoff points of related indicators. Methods:The non-manual workers were measured anthropometric indexes(height, weight, abdominal circumference, skinfold thickness and blood sugar, cholesterol and others. NAFLD was diagnosed by B-ultrasound and NAFLD clinicalprediction formula set up through statistical analysis.Results:1.The anthropometric diagnostic model was built compose of thewaistline and hipline through the discriminant analysis,X=-8.82336+0.14122×WC-0.03628×HC. And achieved good prediction effect value within the sampleand sample evaluation.2.The diagnostic model had the nice predictive value. The cutoff index ofwaistline was got by ROC curves. Single parameter value, in order for the forecast ofNAFLD: WHTR> WHR> BMI> hip circumference the upper arm surrounds>calf circumference bellybutton skinfold> biceps ilium skinfold> the scapularskinfold> triceps skinfold. The waistline of the cutoff value is determined:80.75cm,hip point boundary value:97.5cm, WHTR cutoff point is0.5083.Conclusions:The anthropometric indicators is closely associated with NAFLD,and it costs low, with good repeatability and can be used as a predictor of NAFLD.This experiment was based on the human body to build the diagnosis model ofNAFLD during arnold laborers, to determine the boundary value of each singleindex, and receive certain clinical application value.
