Objective In this study, the plateau (elevation2300meters), liver type fatty acidbinding protein in the urine do damage to renal response index, value in thediagnosis of type2diabetic nephropathy.Method Select2012December to2013April in Affiliated Hospital of QinghaiUniversity diagnosed patients with the type2diabetes mellitus (DM) in30cases, thetype2diabetic nephropathy (DN) in30patients, and30healthy persons weremedical examination confirmed.Urinary liver type fatty acid binding protein(L-FABP) by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (EIISA) assay, and mALB,24hpro,α1-MG, β2-MG, FPG,HbA1c, THC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C,SUA, BUN, SCr,HGB,ALT,SBP, DBP were determined in laboratory. Statistical age, gender, history,body weight and body height, BMI.Results1.With the increase of the degree of diabetic renal injury, urine L-FABP、mALB、 α1-MG、 β2-MG、24hpro, THC, LDL-C, FBG levels in bloodgradually.2. In group DN, urinary L-FABP is more sensitive than urine mALB、 α1-MG、β2-MG、24hpro and SUA.3.Urine L-FABP and urine mALB、 α1-MG、β2-MG、24hpro, HbA1c, THC, TG, LDL-C、SUA, ALT, FPG, SBP and historypositively correlated,(P <0.05), and negatively correlated with HDL-C (P <0.05).Urinary L-FABP and BUN, SCr, BMI, DBP, HGB, age, gender nocorrelation (P>0.05).4. Equation of linear regression analysis showed that α1-MG,HbA1c, TG, history is the independent risk factors of L-FAB.Conclusion The levels of urinary L-FABP can accurately reflect the early renaldamage in type2diabetes, can be used as damage indicators response in diabeticnephropathy.
