Objective: By measuring serum microRNA-21in the normal female breast cancerpatients with invasive ductal expression; Analyzing serum microRNA-21expressionlevels and its relationship with clinicopathological features of the breast invasiveductal carcinoma between the two groups. Methods: Analyzed serum microRNA-21expression levels in45breast cancerpatients and45normal female using real-time quantitative PCR(RT-PCR),Analyzing the differences and the relationship of the clinicopathological featuresbetween the expression of tumor size, TNM stage, the patient’s age, axillary’s lymphnode metastasis, hormone receptor status and menstrual status. Results: Serum microRNA-21in the relative expression of female breast cancerpatients is to exceed normal control group. In breast cancer patients, it was obviouslyraised. It has no relationship with age and menopausal status. It has great relevancewith tumor stage and axillary’s lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: In female breast cancer patients, the expression of serum microRNA-21is higher than Normal women group; it is Obviously up-regulated in breast cancer. itmay become a new index of breast cancer, for the diagnosis, treatment and JudgingPrognosis.
