Objective:To analysis the clinical data of134prostate cancer patients that followed by ourhospital, and to research the present situations of diagnosis and effective treatmentof prostate cancer. Methods:From August2008to August2013, there were134prostate cancer patients whohad integrated clinical data and regular follow-up. To collect and analyze the clinicaldata which include age, symptoms, auxiliary examination, clinical stage, pathologicalgrades, treatment, urination and survival.Result:Age range of this group of prostate cancer patients was54to87years old, meanage was72.4±4.4years old. Among134cases104(77.3%) had urinary symptomssuch as difficulty of urination, urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria, hematuria, urinary retention. Positive rate of PSA was92.5%(124/134). Clinical stage C and Dperiod accounted for55.2%(74/134). Pathological grade poorly differentiated orundifferentiated (Gleason score7to10points) accounted for82.5%(66/80). Among134cases15(11.2%) underwent radical prostatectomy,105(78.4%) underwentsurgical castration+bicalutamide/flutamide.15cases of prostate radicalprostatectomy patients have one case of severe incontinence, patients who underwentsurgical castration+bicalutamide/flutamide therapy mostly(102/105) had varyingdegrees of improvement in urination. Among105cases who underwent surgicalcastration+bicalutamide/flutamide,9patients died in an average survival of23.2months.Conclusion:In this group prostate cancer patients were mostly elderly patients. The mainreason for treatment was mostly difficulty of urination. Mostly patients were advanced and poorly differentiated or undifferentiated. PSA is susceptibility toprostate cancer, the PSA still occupy the important position in the diagnosis ofprostate cancer. Androgen deprivation therapy still has a high proportion in thetreatment of prostate cancer in China, patients who underwent surgical castrationjoint antiandrogen drug all have different degrees of improvement in urination.
