Objective: To evaluate the hardness of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis byultrasound elastography technology, explore the relationship between the hardnessof thrombus and the short-term effect of thrombolytic therapy, and explore the valueof ultrasound elastography strain ratios in predicting thrombolysis effect.Method:63patients with acute lower limbs deep venous thrombosis wereexamined by ultrasound elastography(UE), the elastic strain rations(SRs)whichcompared the thrombus with surrounding soft tissue were measured. According to thetreatment effect after thrombolysis and anticoagulation treatment for10days, dividedthe patients into curable group、effective group、ineffective group, and compared thedifference of elastic strain ratios among the three groups; combined curable groupwith effective group into total effective group, contrasted SRs with if the treatmentwas effective, the two results were built the receive operating characteristiccurve(ROC), determined the threshold of thrombolytic therapy was effective or not.Result:(1)There is certain relevance between the hardness of thrombus andeffect of thrombolytic therapy. SRs of curable group and effective group is obviouslydifferent from ineffective group. There is no obvious difference between SRs ofcurable group and effective group.(2)SRs of thrombus can be used to predict thrombolysis effect. If setSRs<1.36as thrombolytic therapy was effective, and SRs≥1.36as thrombolytictherapy was ineffective, the sensitivity、specificity and accuracy rate was88.9%、94.4%、93.7%respectively.Conclusion: There was certain relevance between the hardness of thrombus andeffect of thrombolytic therapy. The ultrasonic elastic strain ratio can be used toevaluate the hardness of thrombus, and predict thrombolytic therapic effect, and guideclinical doctor to choose the right time for thrombolytic therapy, avoid theunnecessary thrombolysis treatment.
