Objective:1、 Detecte and analyze the serum25(OH) D3level and sFas level inautoimmune thyroid disease patients and healthy people. And analyze the correlationbetween25(OH) D3level and sFas level.2、Correlation analysis between serum25(OH) D3level, sFas level and thyroidfunction, thyroid antibodies, gender, age and other factors.Methods:89patients with AITDs(47cases of patients with Graves,42cases of patientswith Hashimoto’s) and45cases of normal thyroid function and (or) not abnormalthyroid color Doppler ultrasound colunteers were collected between Jun2013andApr2014.ELISA mothod to detect the two groups of serum25(OH) D3and theserum level of Fas apoposis protein,the relevant data of two groups were analyzed.Results:1.The sFas level of GD group was1012±398.03pg/ml,the group of HT was324±137.88pg/ml,they all obviously higher than the normal group of537±198.05pg/ml, and were statistically significant(P<0.01). The25(OH)D3level of GDwas20.31±10.46ng/ml,the group of HT was17.61±8.72ng/ml, they all obviouslyhigher than the normal group of29.95±13.86ng/ml,and were statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Relevant analysis: In the GD group the25(OH)D3was negative associate withthe sFas (r=-0.678,P<0.01)、TPOAb(r=-0.510,P<0.01)、TGAb(r=-0.660,P<0.01);In In the GD group the sFas was pisitively associate with the TPOAb(r=0.383,P<0.05)、TGAb(r=0.407,P<0.01); In the HT group the25(OH)D3was negative associate with the sFas(r=-0.444,P<0.05)、TPOAb(r=-0.578,P<0.01)、TGAb(r=-0.529,P<0.01)and pisitively associate with the FT4(r=0.423,P<0.05);In In the GD group the sFas was pisitively associate with the TPOAb(r=0.370,P<0.05)、TGAb(r=0.378,P<0.05)、FT3(r=0.585,P<0.001). Conclusion:1.The25(OH)D3level of Graves group and Hashimoto’s group were lower thanthe normal group, represent that patients with autoimmune thyroid diseases exist low25(OH) D3level.2. The sFas level of Graves group and Hashimoto’s group were higher than thenormal group, represent patients with autoimmune thyroid diseases exist high sFasexpression.3.The Graves and Hashimoto’s group patients’ serum25(OH)D3were negativelycorrelated with serum sFas level,25(OH)D3may affect the incidence of autoimmunethyroid disease by regulating apoptosis protein expression of Fas/FasL system.
