Extraction And Antioxidant Activity Of Glycyrrhizic Acid And Liquiritin From Glycyrriza Uralensis Fisch

In this study, Glycyrrhizic acid and Liquiritin were combined extractedby including NaHCO350%EtOH as solvent. After passed through alkali extractionand acid precipitation,the purity of Glycyrrhizic acid was up to40.09%and Liquiritinwas up to8.16%. This method was pure glycyrrhizin acid and licorice decoctionmethod were increased compared to19.2-fold,9.5-fold, respectively, compared withdilute ammonia method improves the16.4-fold,9.3-fold, compared with50%EtOHultrasound method were increased11.2-fold,8.4-fold. The effects of NaHCO3content,the rate of extraction in the process of ultrasonic extraction time, extractiontemperature, ratio of material to liquid, ultrasonic power extraction conditions on theextraction of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin were studied. The extraction process usedin the content of NaHCO3, ultrasonic extraction time, extraction temperature, ratio ofmaterial to liquid, ultrasonic power extraction conditions of glycyrrhizic acid andliquiritin extraction rate of the single factor investigation. On the basis of single factortest, using orthogonal test method, the glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin rate as the index,to optimize the extraction process of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin. Get a more stable,licorice and glycyrrhizin acid yield high technology methods, optimum extractionparameters were: liquid ratio of1:10, ultrasonic temperature is90℃, ultrasonic time150min.In this study, the Jilin licorice quality of different species and different growthyears were evaluated. The results showed that the3years of Ural licorice hadGlycyrrhizic acid was up to5.557%and Liquiritin was up to2.940%.In this study, the antioxidant effects of Licorice extract and five kinds of qi drugwere determined by the methods of O2-radical, DPPH radical and hydrogen peroxidesystem. When in a certain concentration range, licorice extract antioxidant capacitywas0.1%NaHCO350%ethanol ultrasonic method>50%ethanol ultrasonic method>dilute ammonia heating reflux> decoction method; five essential qi drugs antioxidantcapacity was licorice> American ginseng> ginseng> Codonopsis pilosula> radixpseudostellariae.In summary, the extraction of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin extraction from Glycyrrhiza by50%NaHCO3containing EtOH can get a high rate, alkali extractionand acid precipitation method for the separation and purification of high purity, so thismethod can lay a good foundation for the development and industrialization ofglycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin.
