The Study Of Clinical Pathway Applica-tion In Common Cases Of HFMD

Hand-foot-and-mouth disease（HFMD）was discovered half a century since1957.HFMD had outbreak more than once on a globle scale. The incidence of HFMD has risennearly a decade, especially in Asia. As HFMD was sinked in by more people, clearlybrings mortality down, and increases hospital admission rates and cure rate. Clinicalpathway is indispensable for the sake of enhance medical quality, and improve thecustomer satisfaction degree in hospitals, and distribute medical resources reasonably. Allthe same time, the study of HFMD clinical pathway was hardly reported at home.In this study, we analyze the inplementation effect of HFMD clinical poathway bydesigning and implementing HFMD clinical pathway, so as to shortening the acerage daysand expenses of hospitalization, and improve the customer satisfaction degree in hospitals,and shortcutting and perfect medicare program, and enhance medical quality, and improveeconomic retums.We splitting306HFMD patients into two groups with the random number table:experimental group(153patients) and control group(153patients). We implementedHFMD clinical pathway during February to December2013at infenctious diseasespepartment two in XI’AN Children’s Hospital, and collected and analyzed153patientswho carried out HFMD clinical pathway and153patients who did not in the same term. And we drawn up HFMD clinical pathway form by data statistics and clinical professorinterview, and calculated legnth of stay with the actual situation.In the way of analyzing clinical application of HFMD clinical pathway, We found itcould shortening the acerage days and expenses of hospitalization, and normalize activemedical behavior, and reduce rehandling, and raise working efficiency in our departmentand hospital, and improve the customer satisfaction degree in hospitals, and relievemedical dispute, and finally it will bring about better economic effectiveness and socialbenefit to the hospital.
