Cancer tumor is one of the several diseases serious threat to the survival ofmankind, even if the current mortality rate was significantly lower in patients withcancer, but body weight loss, depression and other problems was caused by the diseasestreatment can bring a lot of questions to the patient’s physical and mental health, butalso increasing the burden to their families and the society.Minimally invasive frozen treatment methods are continuously recognized andvalued by the medical profession in the aspect of cancer tumor. Now, minimallyinvasive cryotherapy which have low cost, small surgical wound, simple and easyoperation gradually have being recognized by health care professionals and patients inthe treatment methods which used in cancer surgery. The purpose of the design is toresearch and develop a surgical treatment equipment that uses liquid nitrogen and hotair to achieve freezing and melting, and to achieve minimally invasive, low cost, shorttime to restore the health of patients.This article will conduct in-depth studying in the aspects of setting up thestructures of the liquid nitrogen cryo-probe, software and hardware designing,determining of frozen knife actual work program, technical indicators in the processingof alternating hot and cold, hot and cold ablation experiments of liver tissue and so on:①According to the needs of monitoring and control of cryo-probe, to completehardware modules design of cryo-probe and integration of the various control units;②Studying the actual work program that the cryo-probe exine of cryo-probe doesnot damage the normal tissue in the process of frozen and re-warming, and validate theprogram in the current experimental conditions;③According to the cryo-probe structure that conducted, constructing the hardwaremodules, designing the control program and so on, to achieve monitoring and control ofthe freezing and thawing process, and real-time display the pressure measurementpoints value and temperature measurement points value throughout the course oftreatment;④Testing the cryo-probe, verifying the design indicators, and analyzing the needsof the actual work, doing the isolated tissue experiments in the same time, and studyingits overall performance in cold and ablation process.The design has laid a solid foundation for the further study of intelligent liquid nitrogen cryogenic cryo-probe system.
