| Objective Detection of cytokeratin5/6(cytokeratin5/6, CK5/6) and theE-cadhenrin in triple negative breast cancer and non-triple negative breast cancer andto explore the expression of the characteristics of the two kinds of proteins in triplenegative breast cancer and contact with the corresponding clinical and pathologicalfeatures. Methods Select March2010-February2013, in my inpatient therapy in breastcancer patients, using immunohistochemical method detected45cases of triplenegative breast cancer,75cases of non-triple negative breast cancer Ck5/6and E-cadhenrin positive expression rate, the corresponding cases and collected clinical andpathological data were statistically analyzed. Results The expression of Ck5ï¼6is more frequently detected in triple negativebreast Cancer with no relationship to age, menopausal status, lymphadenopathy, tumorsize and stage, the expression of E-cadhenrin is less frequently detected in triplenegative breast Cancer with no relationship to age, menopausalstatus, lymphadenopathy, tumor size,Triple negative breast cancer Ck5/6and wasnegatively correlated with the expression of E-cadhenrin.Conclusions The Ck5/6high expression and low expression of E-cadhenrinobvious characteristics in triple negative breast cancer, Ck5/6high expressE-cadhenrin of low expression, suggesting a poor prognosis triple negative breastcancer, Ck5/6high the express and E-cadhenrin bottom expression in triple negativebreast cancer metastasis are closely related, can be used as a predictor of tumorgrowth and malignant tumor invasion, metastasis, and may be used for joint detectionscreening associated with highly metastatic or high degree of malignancy in patientswith potentially dangerous. |
