This article uses the literature material law, questionnaire survey,expert interviews, logical analysis and other research methods, the cheerleading teamsports injury as the object of study, to participate in the2011sixth session of Chinastudent health vitality contest and the2012world cheerleading Championships Chineseauditions all teams in the top three154athletes, sports team coach30questionnaires, andvisited a number of sports injury and cheerleading skills expert. Aims to achieve thefollowing goals:1, research characteristic and current situation of the sports injury in skilledCheerleading event2, analysis injury factors in skilled Cheerleading Sports, in order to find themethod for injury prevention, wish to provide little help for development of competitiveCheerleading3, By means of investigation, expert argumentation and practical detection,preestablish the theoretical framework of prevention of competitive cheerleading sportinjuries and provide a theoretical basis for scientific training.In According to the collected data, China’s competitive Cheerleading athlete’sinjury status, characteristics and the training causes factors were analyzed, reached tofollowing results:first, China’s competitive cheerleading athletes’ injury situation is relatively general,the occurrence of injury rate reached100%, in the126,The incidence of sports injuriesin competitive cheerleading athletes occur in the acute injury of90athletes, theincidence is71.42%. The occurrence of chronic injury of36athletes, the incidence is28.58%.
