Tandem One-pot Synthesis Of Polysubstituted Pyrroles Or Pyridines Via Blaise Reaction

Objective： This paper reported the studies on synthesis ofpolysubstituted pyrroles or pyridines using the Blaise reaction intermediate.Methods： Nitriles, tert-Butyl bromoacetate, zinc powder andMethanesulfonic acid in THF were stirred under reflux to get theintermediates of organozinc, then tert-Butyl bromoacetate orEthoxymethylenemalononitrile was added to get the target compound.Results The target compound was characterized by1H NMR,LC-MS．Conclusion：The experimental results showed that it is feasible toget the target compound. This route is of industrial value because of cheapand readily available materials, moderate reaction conditions and convenientoperations.
