Objective:To investigate the expression of p-ERKl/2, analyze the relationship with leukocyte count, in order to clarify the clinical significance of p-ERK signaling pathway in acute myeloid leukemia (AML).Materials and Methods:The expression levels of phosphor-ERK1/2in bone marrow cells from26AML patients at diagnosis,20recurrent patients,20normal donors were detected by flow cytometry. Results:The expression levels of p-ERK1/2were significantly higher in patients at diagnosis and recurrent with AML than that in the patients in complete remission (CR) and normal donors(P<0.01). The expression levels of p-ERKl/2between CR patients and normal donors had no significantly differences (P>0.05). Close relationship was found between the expression level of p-ERK1/2and leukocyte count in AML(P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of p-ERK1/2in bone marrow cells may play some important roles in the development in AML. |
