Objective: to observe the leptin on hepatic fibrosis and expression of TGF-beta1to explore the effect of branched-chain amino acid on the expression of both, study of branched-chain amino acids and the relationship between hepatic fibrosis and development, to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of liver fibrosis.Method:random36Wistar rats are divided into3groups:normal control groups, model groups, and branched-chain amino acids in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis group.
